Flight Mechanics Laboratory Course in summer term 2019

During the next summer term (2019), FSR will again offer the Flight Mechanics laboratory course (Tutorium Flugmechanisches Praktikum). Applications will be accepted during a preliminary meeting on Monday, February 11th, 2019, in L1|01-562K.

During the next summer term (2019), FSR will again offer the Flight Mechanics laboratory course (Tutorium Flugmechanisches Praktikum). In this practical course, students will measure and determine performance and characteristics of TU’s test motor glider Grob G109b during test flights. Applications will be accepted during a preliminary meeting on Monday, February 11th, 2019, in L1|01-562K.

Each student will have the opportunity to take part in one measurement flight from the TU’s own airfield located in Griesheim, supervised by experienced pilots. For the preparation of the flight trials, the FSR-owned General Aviation Diamond DA-40 flight simulator will be used.
